Richard is an Emergency Medicine Physician with a background as a former firefighter/paramedic. He brings a wealth of hands-on experience to our practice. Richard is also the Medical Director for our Practice.

Haylee is a dedicated Paramedic with 9 years of experience in Emergency Medical Services. With a passion for beauty and wellness, she loves helping people feel and look their best.

Machelle Hise-Garcia, RN, is an experienced aesthetic injector with nearly 7 years in the aesthetics industry and over a decade in nursing. Known for her artistic eye, advanced technique, and patient-centered approach, Machelle specializes in facial balancing, strategic toxin placement, facial rejuvenation, and regenerative aesthetic treatments designed to enhance natural beauty while maintaining harmony, structure, and movement.

She has completed numerous advanced trainings and certifications across injectables, facial anatomy, regenerative aesthetics, and energy-based devices, with a strong focus on staying ahead of future-forward trends in aesthetics and longevity wellness.
